We can sand and stain existing wood staircases using many techniques to make your staircase like new again. Staircase conversions from carpet to oak is a trade where one must be skilled, patient, and meticulous. Our services include new stair treads, new risers and stringers. All jobs include 1 coat of stain and 3 coats of finish. Any staircase work can always include the updating of old railings and pickets, to the material of your choice. Whether that includes wood or iron pickets the choice is up to you, and the transformation always leaves our clients speechless!

ABOUT GENUINE FLOOR SERVICE
I began doing flooring and stairwork in 1999 working for another company, and after some years there I decided it was time to open up my own company "Genuine Floor Service" in 2003. With over 20 years experience we have always brough beauty to homes all over the GTA one home at a time.
We are a small company that does not have a fleet of trucks, and all work is done by my crew and I. We are highly skilled flooring guys who are very meticulous at what we do.
Using high quality materials, excellent workmanship and unbelievable work ethic is why we receive customer referrals at a high rate which gives us pride.
